Your credit card will be credited for the price of the merchandise and any taxes, excluding shipping cost. Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for authorized returned merchandise within 20 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns and authorized returns received after 20 days.

Merchandise returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.

In order to return a product to us, e-mail us at returns@wytherngate.com to request a return authorization number.  Please include your name and invoice number in order to process this return.

Your credit card will be credited once we have received and processed your return.  Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' record. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking or delivery confirmation number. If we do not receive a return or the return does not show up in our records as having been received, we cannot issue credit without proof that it was delivered to us.
